Edmond, Oklahoma City Wedding | Leah + Hugh

Throughout planning emails and engagement photos, by the time most wedding days roll around I feel like “friends” with the bride. But that was true on a whole new level in the case of this beautiful Spring wedding! Leah and I have been lifelong friends since pre-school, and attended high school and community college together in Southern California. Along with Leah’s identical twin sister, we orchestrated beanie baby weddings and lemonade stands, went on family camping trips together, wrote and illustrated an original comic book series in high school, filmed elaborate home movies in our backyards and MUCH much more!

Naturally, I couldn’t have been happier when she met the love of her life and announced she was engaged to Hugh (another twin!)! Leah is a kind and artistic person, and I knew that her wedding would be filled with creative, personal touches and the participation of her large, loving family. It was such an honor to be apart of their beautiful wedding day, and so fun to shoot in a totally different part of the country! Enjoy the pictures!
