5 Things I DON'T Charge Extra For as Your Wedding Photographer
I'm a wedding and portrait photographer in the greater Philadelphia area! In addition to me, my cameras, and all the beautiful photos your eyes could ever hope to see; here are 5 unexpected things I include with EVERY wedding / portrait package I book:
1) timeline & planning advice
Whether I’m photographing your wedding, engagement, family or newborn shoot, EVERYONE who books with me receives an online PDF guide to help prepare for their shoot. My Wedding Guide tops out at 20 pages long, and synthesizes ALL my best advice from 7+ years in wedding photography; offering a deep dive into each part of your wedding day. It includes a sample photo timeline, checklists for “getting ready” pics, tips for navigating portraits with potentially unruly family members and much more!
2) location scouting & permit research
Not sure where your session should take place? I shoot in all seasons, all over the greater Philadelphia area, and I’ve learned the best places to get knockout shots. The location of your session should be more than just a pretty space - it should be some reflection of you as a couple or family.
Policies change frequently for many landmarks and public spaces in this region, and it's my job to keep tabs on current photography restrictions. When planning your shoot or wedding timeline, I help you do the necessary research to avoid fines or fees of any sort.
3) Sneak peek images within 48 hours
Waiting is no fun, so be on the lookout for a "sneak peek" of your wedding photos soon after your grand exit. I'll send you some of my favorite, fully edited shots to hold you over until the finishing touches have been put on your whole gallery!
4) High resolution downloads & 5) Personal copyright release
My online photos galleries are easy to share with your loved ones via email, social media and more! Anyone you choose to grant access will be able to download their favorite images from your gallery for free, at a file size appropriate for sharing online or via social media. However, the bride and groom get unrestricted access to all the images in the gallery - meaning you're free to download large, high-quality image files and print them anywhere you choose - no hidden fees, no fine print restrictions. I hope this gives my couples the freedom to create albums, photo gifts, and printed art for their homes in a manner and time that works best for them.
